We are a friendly Australian based Internet Relay Chat Network covering the East and West Coasts of Australia. With links from the United States, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Germany, Sweden, Singapore and Malaysia. We'd love for other countries to get involved and join our ever growing international chat network. ;o)

3 Simple Steps to connect

1. To get started if you don't have an IRC Client you can download one by clicking one of the icons below;

mIRC
(Windows)

XChat
(Windows/Linux/Mac)

2. Install, open up the program and enter the standard command below into the main chat program window

Standard: /server irc.austirc.net 6667
SSL Enabled: /server -e ssl.austirc.net 6697 (Install SSL)

3. Then simply type /join #AustIRC and begin chatting :)

For friendly help /join #Help and ask your question once and wait for a reply patiently.

If all else fails, feel free to use the webchat by typing in your nickname in the top left hand box and then clicking the chat button.

Also remember to login to the site using your NickServ credentials and update your information and much, much more!

ALL VHOST REQUESTS MUST BE DONE THROUGH THE WEBSITE OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE REJECTED.
